Shanna M. Van Wagner, Esq.

Ms. Shanna M. Van Wagner is a Partner in the San Diego office of Lynberg & Watkins. Ms. Van Wagner has extensive experience in the defense of civil litigation, including preparation of pleadings, conducting written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and motion work. Ms. Van Wagner has experience in the defense of general liability, insurance fraud, and habitability claims. Ms. Van Wagner’s practice also includes the defense of environmental and toxic tort claims. She has defended personal injury and property damage claims arising from alleged toxic substance exposure. Ms. Van Wagner’s practice also includes class action lawsuits. Ms. Van Wagner also has experience in construction defect litigation from her 10-year career as a paralegal.

Ms. Van Wagner attended University of San Diego, School of Law where she served as the lead articles editor for the University of San Diego International Law Journal. During law school, she participated in the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Project and University of San Diego Pro Bono Legal Advocates.
