Ms. Ruth Segal is an experienced trial attorney, trying cases in both state and federal courts in California, Oregon, Arizona and Indiana. She has been with the firm since 1987. Ms. Segal’s practice focuses on transportation, employment and class action litigation. She also has extensive experience in defending asbestos and other toxic tort litigation. She was involved in more than two years of trials in the Lockheed Litigation, defending a chemical company against claims of toxic exposure brought by more than 200 former employees of Lockheed who built the Stealth Bomber.

Ms. Segal was the owner of a therapy dog and found great satisfaction with their visits at the Ronald McDonald House to play with children undergoing serious medical treatment, and at school libraries to help children with learning disabilities improve their reading skills.
