Andy V. Ta

Overview

Mr. Ta represents public entities as civil litigation defense counsel. His subject matters include negligence, civil rights, political practices, discrimination, premises liability, and education law. He is involved in numerous stages of the civil litigation process, from initial case evaluation, law and motion, informal and formal discovery, client relationships, depositions, experts, mediation, trial prep, and appellate work.

Mr. Ta has a consistent career in public law. He was formerly Deputy County Counsel for San Bernardino County, where his position focused on general public entity transactional and litigation matters, including PRA, CEQA, land use, education, Brown Act, employment, technology, civil liability, and general regulatory law. His experience also includes time at notable law firms where he also practiced public entity civil litigation defense.

In his spare time, Andy likes hanging out with family and collecting Legos.
