Stefanie Desalernos

Overview
Ms. Stefanie Desalernos earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in May 2013. During
law school, she gained meaningful civil litigation experience through participation in the Civil
Litigation & Advocacy Concentration program, clerking at the Los Angeles Superior Court, and
working both as an intern and post-par clerk at a firm specializing in construction defect and
public entity matters.
Following her admission to the California Bar, Ms. Desalernos focused her practice on
insurance defense. She has spent time working in-house for a major insurance company as well
as within the private practice setting. She has experience handling general negligence,
intentional torts, premises liability, and wrongful death matters.
Stefanie represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including premises
liability, product liability, habitability claims, and catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
Outside of her legal practice, Stefanie enjoys spending time with her family.
