DEFENSE WIN!

Lynberg & Watkins team Shel Harrell, Catherine Naltsas and Tamara Heathcote successfully prevail on FRCP Rule 50 motions in favor of three Deputy Defendants on the issue of Qualified Immunity. This victory for the Deputy Defendants follows the third trial on the issue of Deputy Defendants’ use of force during an arrest.
