Catherine Naltsas secured a dismissal with prejudice for her cosmetic toothpaste client. After multiple motions to dismiss and motions for sanctions, the Court agreed with Lynberg & Watkins that this case deserved finality and granted defendant’s request that the consumer products class action be dismissed with prejudice. The Court also invited a motion for fees and costs. A win all around for the client in the Northern District of California with Judge Noel Wise.
