Mr. Vasko Alexander is an attorney at Lynberg & Watkins, where he practices in all aspects of litigation from inception to appeal of complex disputes. Mr. Alexander offers his experience with handling complex civil litigation cases, including international commercial litigation disputes. He represents builders, developers, subcontractors, and design professionals in all aspects of complex litigation and offers his legal counsel to businesses involved in “bet- the- company” commercial disputes.
In 2010, Mr. Alexander was featured in the Los Angeles Daily Journal for his efforts in exporting intellectual property to Eastern Europe, while boosting the local economy through job creation. He has presented on exporting issues to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and is a contributor to Tulane’s Journal of Technology & Intellectual Property’s article on “Transborder Licensing: A New Frontier for Job Creation.” Currently, Mr. Alexander is writing a practice guide on foreign distribution agreements, addressing issues faced by domestic manufacturers trying to penetrate foreign markets.
Mr. Alexander is active in the Orange County community, where he sits on the Board of Trustees and the ExecutiveBoard for the World Affairs Council of Orange County. He is a member of the Orange County Jewish Bar Associationand practices Krav Maga. Mr. Alexander is a competitive sailor and is currently on the Membership Committee atBalboa Yacht Club in Newport Beach.
Mr. Alexander is licensed and practices in all courts in the State of California.
