Matthew joined Lynberg & Watkins at the beginning of 2023, assisting with the general civil litigation practice, including the defense of public entities on a wide range of matters: from employment, civil rights, police liability, to general tort liability. He is known for thorough attention to detail and a competitive drive. Matthew is a dedicated and committed advocate both on paper and in the courtroom, and he is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the Southern and Central District Courts.
He obtained his bachelor’s degree in English from University of California, Los Angeles, achieving magna cum laude recognition in only 3 years. Next, Matthew earned his juris doctorate from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, graduating and passing the bar exam amidst a global pandemic.
