Ms. Paulsen graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Sacramento State University. She went on to attend the Golden Gate University School of Law on a partial scholarship and received her Juris Doctorate in 2016 with a concentration in Criminal Litigation and Family Law. In law school, Ms. Paulsen was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board and Society of Litigators.
Ms. Paulsen also served as an intern with the San Francisco County Public Defender’s Office working in both the Misdemeanor and Felony Units. Since then, Ms. Paulsen found her passion in civil litigation including general negligence, wrongful death, and premises and personal injury liability. In addition to litigation, Ms. Paulsen has extensive experience mediating and negotiating settlements where appropriate.
