Employed by United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. under the Attorney General's Honors Program, 1957.
Reassigned to the Criminal Division, Special Group on Organized Crime, as a Special Attorney, 1958.
Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern California District, 1959 - 1961. Performed all phases of prosecution of criminal cases, including trial and appellate proceedings.
Became Chief of the Special Prosecutions Division, 1960.
1961 - 1970, Partner in the law firm of Morgan, Wenzel & Lynberg.

Practice Areas:
All phases of general practice with emphasis on civil litigation, including cases involving insurance, automobile, aviation, professional malpractice, products liability, contract, condemnation and business. Insurance coverage relating to environmental, toxic and other exposures. Defense of architects, engineers and related disciplines.

Reported Cases:
Appellate cases include Kaiser Steel v. Westinghouse (1975) 55 Cal.App.3d 737; Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania v. Associated International Insurance Company (1991) 922 F2d 516.; and Howard v. Thrifty Drug and Discount Stores (1995) 10 Cal. 4th 424.
