Since
its inception, Lynberg & Watkins, an AV-rated firm, has
grown to represent clients on a local, regional and national
basis. The firm maintains two offices: one in the center of
the Los Angeles financial district and one in the heart of
Orange County, California.
The firm's growth since its founding in 1971 has allowed Lynberg
& Watkins to actively practice in such diverse areas of
the law as product liability, employer liability, personal
injury, premises liability, breach of insurer's duties, insurance
contract interpretation, environmental and toxic insurance
coverage litigation, land subsidence, toxic substance exposure,
trucking liability and public entity and police civil liability
defense. The firm also has extensive experience in the fields
of reinsurance disputes and litigation, soil, electrical,
and architectural engineering, construction law, wrongful
termination, and discrimination, professional liability, defense
of vehicular accident claims, and banking, real estate and
commercial law. The firm's representation is substantially
on behalf of defendants, insurance companies and their insureds,
public entities and self-insuring organizations.
The firm is structured into teams providing
clients with the benefits of collective experience and knowledge.
Senior members of the firm have the responsibility of supervising
a team comprised of a staff of associate attorneys and paralegals.
Each client matter is assigned to one senior member of the
firm who bears the ultimate responsibility for its handling
from inception through trial. The senior member and associates
are immediately accessible to the client.
The firm includes attorneys who are members
of the American Board of Trial Advocates. These attorneys,
and others in the firm, have tried many complex cases to verdict
in both state and federal courts throughout the country, thus
providing clients with a level of trial experience rarely
found in firms of our size.
Lynberg & Watkins is proud of
its years of service to its clients and has the experience
necessary to provide them with superior legal representation,
now and in the future. |
